Shipping policy

Please read carefully before placing an order

The price of items does not include the cost of shipping.

We ship to Puerto Rico and the United States for a cost of $5.50 and $6 per order.

Shipping cost for coasters and trays may vary due to weight. If free shipping is available, coasters and trays does not apply for free shipping.  

If you make two or more separate orders, we will make sure to refund you the extra cost of shipping.

Orders are shipped once a week. It takes approximately 3 to 5 business days for the order to arrive in orders that stay in Puerto Rico and a week for US orders. REMEMBER that the days may vary due to the COVID-19 circumstances.

We are not responsible for packages lost in the mail due to incorrectly written information by the customer. If a package is returned for a wronged written address, the customer will have to pay again the shipping cost.

No exchange or returns accepted, but PLEASE contact us if there’s an issue with your order.
